| 内容記述 | The removal of illegal dumping wastes around the boundaries between Aomori and Iwate-Prefectures has started. The present conditions of the industrial wastes facilities and technologies in Aomori-Pref.are as follows: (1)in order to remove all illegal wastes within the period several treatment facilities from private sector must be necessary. (2)The best way to secure people against the hazardous wastes removal is to give them full information disclosures in every removal process(dumping points,carry-out routes,treatment facilities),as Teshima-Naoshima scheme in Kagawa-Pref.gives us a model case. | |||||||||||||
